spice and tom sauce lift, bit va, meaty notes, morish tannins, oak slightly apart, generous palate.
Varnishy element to the oak. Spicey plumms and cherry. Dense and rich wine
Tea cake, cinnamon spice, raspberry tea leaf, dusty supple juicy tannins, good length and drive
black fruits and pepper
rich fruit palate, old oak character, some caramel sweetness, hot finish
Quite a floral note, lots of lilacs and dried rosemary. Lovely savouryness to the wine but instead of vibrant fruit to compliment it, it is quite ripe and overbearing.
