|
Estery, melon and pears. Crisp acid line, rather crunchy and tight finish. Light bodied
|
Bright colour. Candied lime peel, florals, palate fresh and lively, acid touch hard with little kerosene development.

lifted aroma, white blossom, hints of stalkiness
under ripe nectarine, round with acid finish

Dried white tea and jasmine are an alluring start to this wine, and a distinctive floral character is evident throughout. Really delicate acid threaded with interesting aromatics and a minerality that really defines the fruit. White peach and nectarine are counteracted with such a present line of lemon acidity.
