colour a bit forward, alot of oak, very chippy, VA backbone sweet oak through the palate on top of fruit
Moving to golden. Oak dominated, rich and creamy acidity with loads of vanillin and structure from oak
Forward colour, lots of fresh toasted pencil oak on nose, roasted cashews, mealy texture, perfect poise of fruit , old school style but reigned in just enough, good length persistence and power, oyster shell, some complexity.
oaky nose
yellow peach, banana ester on palate. oak dominant
Really rich opulent style of chardonnay, ripe round yellow fruits, really popcorn kernel and double cream. Fruit profile is one dimensional, acid does present to hold the wine together but the varietal character is lost in the winemaking
