Judging Results |
pine forest green notes, dusty oak, some pepper spice, pretty lean, oak sitting on top
Toasty wood elements dominate. Spiced and plummy but drying finish, palate dried out by oak
Forward colour and fruit, lots of oak with dry dusty tannins masking fruit
burnt rubber nose
red fruit palate, sulphide carry through, pepper on finish
Fruit looks slightly flat and round. Lacks complexity and depth and feels slightly hollow in the mid palate.
