fresh tropical lift, pineapples, tight fruit some mouthwatering characters, clean and fresh, sl pineous
Initially closed with light pears elements and a but shy. Good texture and roundness. Soft finish
Fresh lively nose, packham pear, palate and sweetness and intensity, volatilised floral notes, acid driving intensity
lifted blossom & green apple dominated by intense fly spray nose
fresh palate, lively acid, fly spray character showing through
Distinctive hay character with parmesan rind and almost a cereal note. Lots of complexity to be found here with layers of yellow apple and nashi pear but a harshness to the structure of the wine leads to a hard green note on the finish.
