Deep red hue, vibrant colour. Spicey, cured meats and plummy fruit. Very spicy. Dense and ripe, with inky density and cocoa tannins.
Dark opaque colour, dark cocoa dust, bitchumen tar, fruit weight to back it up, plump fruit, reigned in all elements well saddle?
dark fruits, little reduced, earthy, dried herbs on nose, dark, inky fruits on palate touch of iodine
Soft dark fruit and dark chocolate, nice spice adds complexity and the mid palate weight gives the wine great depth of flavour. Salumi and meat sitting in the background and tannin woven well into the fruit.
