honeydew melon nose
juicy acid on palate, round, good length, clean, crips

Taught and racy, full of lemon juice acid and lemon flesh. A linear direction gives the wine a structure that is unyielding but pleasurable. A slippery texture does package the wine well but lacks a depth.
