some berry fruit characters with underlying reductiveness. lightly sparkling, fruity mid palate, but falls away at back palate. |
Cloudy, bronze colour, cider notes with apple skins and light raspberry. Medium mousse, dry finish and sour plums flavours. Easy drinking and well made example of pet nat |
Salmon/mandarin colour. The nose is populated by rose petals, red apples and hints of raspberry - these characters are pulled through onto the palate. Despite the cloudy colour, the wine is cleansing and simple - pleasurable, without being complex. |
apricot, peach on the front nose. delicate and pretty. there are some pure fruit but quite shy. crispy and refusing and cheerful bubble. just need more fruits weight. |
Denser apricot colour. Sweet quite juicy aromatics. Nice shape to the palate. Good persistence. Little orange peel and clove. Quite vibrant and focused. |
