deep colour which is in line with it's age. Quite toasty aromas which have some appeal. The palate however lacks fruit freshness to make it a great wine.

Golden, honeyed canded mango and wool notes plus flint. Showing its age . Not as textural as expected and fading a bit

Cheesecloth, salted lemon, some green apple skins and beeswax. Lanolin. Lemon zest. Showing some development, but holding together really nicely.

golden drop in the glass. varietal nose with buttery oak use very round texture for Ries. ripe fruits lemon and honey tea. very toasty buttery finish

delicious aged nose nuttiness with pickled lemons. Palate is a little flat and soapy, oily. Lavender slightly leafy palate but holding up well
