Menthol, lactone oak, oak sits on the wine
|
Resinous, charry, spicy... loads of aniseed, licorice and mulberry. The oak cloaks the aromas in a sheath of wood, The palate and finish likewise. Fantastic fruit but lots of oak, too.

coffee coco vanilla. pretty fruits strawberry there, ripe cheery there cherry ripe. good length balanced tannins enjoyable

Fisherman's Friend note on nose. Hint of lantana on palate with cloves and spice. Monkey apples and pomegranate fruit. Tannins are lean and lengthy
