Judge 1	deep intense red colour. Choclate oaky charry notes with dark plum fruits. big yet balanced wine, maybe oak just a touch over powering
Judge 2	Impressive colour and depth, inky wine. Liquirice, dark spectrum of fruit, sweet fruit, dense. Tannins in check. Big wine but well made
Judge 3	Licorice, BCP and spice. Big but blanaced. Lovely.
Associate Judge	density on nose. plum, fig, prune. spiced ginger basket. raberry and cassis concentrate. length aeon tannins structure good
Associate Judge	Star anise and cardamom entwine on aromatics and palate. Rich, juby fruit. Structured, leathery tannins and dried fruit. Little more mature than expected but integrated. Spicey and lengthy. Hint of herbal length.
