Complex fishoil characters, liscious, viscous and fresh, maybe just a touch lolly sweet |
Figs and dates, very dense caramel notes and toffe. Big concentration and density |
Quince, white choc, salted WFSF, walnut and cinnamon quill. The palate follows thus - rich, luscious, all things in balance, with a bitter walnut phenolic finish... Very long, good! |
toffee caramelised pecan pie. creamy caramel milk chocolate. veitnanese coffee. |
Spicy, viscous warmth and sweetness. Reminds me of Christmas. Lovely weight, marzipan, roasted cashew, peanut brittle sweetness. |
