Complex fishoil characters, liscious, viscous and fresh, maybe just a touch lolly sweet
Figs and dates, very dense caramel notes and toffe. Big concentration and density
Quince, white choc, salted WFSF, walnut and cinnamon quill. The palate follows thus - rich, luscious, all things in balance, with a bitter walnut phenolic finish... Very long, good!
toffee caramelised pecan pie. creamy caramel milk chocolate. veitnanese coffee.
Spicy, viscous warmth and sweetness. Reminds me of Christmas. Lovely weight, marzipan, roasted cashew, peanut brittle sweetness.
