Judge 1	fresh blueberries, attractive nose, firm acidity give greenish finish
Judge 2	Cured meats, Cherry cola, bright lifted, lavender violets, tannins slighly drying
Judge 3	Raspberry, violets and black berries. The tannins are drying and grippy on the palate, but this is what we exect and want from temp, right? Bright and vibrant, with enough spice complexity to shunt this into gold territory. Really smart.
