Judging Results |
Bronze |
subdued nose, mid weight, balance. reductiveness just a touch too obvious |
savoury, cured meats lacking a bit of fruit generosity
|
Florals... violets and star jasmine. On the plate the fruit is pretty, soft and plump, the tannins of course holding it up and carrying it over the palate. |
gramma wordrobe. gentle fruits just quite youthful. |
Capsicum, hint of ginger, Plums, and rosemary notes. Some juiciness to the palate, vibrant light tannin that sits well with the cherries and jasmine notes. |
