Judging Results |
Bronze
subdued nose, mid weight, balance. reductiveness just a touch too obvious
savoury, cured meats lacking a bit of fruit generosity
Florals... violets and star jasmine. On the plate the fruit is pretty, soft and plump, the tannins of course holding it up and carrying it over the palate.
gramma wordrobe. gentle fruits just quite youthful.
Capsicum, hint of ginger, Plums, and rosemary notes. Some juiciness to the palate, vibrant light tannin that sits well with the cherries and jasmine notes.
