Judge 1	savoury, some bruised apple, fresh but lacks structure and falls away. also has high dissolved CO2 which is out of balance
Judge 2	Cherry, light colour for a 21 dolcetto but shows juicy and appealing palate in mid body style
Judge 3	Gorgeous bouncy fruit. Touch of DCO2 or some such spritz on the palate, but otherwise bountiful strawberries, cherries and lavender. Very pretty - fine white spice sprinkled across it
Associate Judge	transferred into full bloom rose garden! very very rosy breeze rosehip and hibiscus tea. very powerful tanins
Associate Judge	Lavender lift and blueberry bomb from nose to palate. Almost bubble gum like. Confected but not heavy or cloying.
