Judge 1	estery nose, clean and crisp, saline finish but lacks a bit of texture
Judge 2	Yellow peach floral. Aromatic and textured. Good drive and lenght
Judge 3	Lovely wine. Taut, fine, plenty of pithy/briney acidity... nashi pear and yuzu like it. Aniseed, fennel flower and a sprinkling of ground white pepper.
