Plush, layered, rumblings of phenolic texture acid underpinning the fruit flavours on top. Apricot, peach, apple skin and spice - brine, touch of curd etc. Some lemon pith. Lovely wine.

Mineral and lime pith lifted aromatics. Pushes through to palate. Nice weight, crystal structure. Hint of green mango and apricot on finish
