closed nose, creamy texture on palate, needs a touch more fruit weight
Camomille, sambuco, grilled peach, textural and creamy palate. Full flavour
Vibrant sumemr pears, green apples and white pepepr. Lovely chalky acidity keeps all things in check. Not volumninous, quite precise.
flinty and smoky. bit austere. there is candied pear and cumin like spices but hard to see through.
Full bodied, little sweaty. Bitterness finishes. I like the weight but I want more fruit.
