Judge 3	Vibrant sumemr pears, green apples and white pepepr. Lovely chalky acidity keeps all things in check. Not volumninous, quite precise.
Associate Judge	flinty and smoky. bit austere. there is candied pear and cumin like spices but hard to see through.
