| Camomille, sambuco, grilled peach, textural and creamy palate. Full flavour |
| Vibrant sumemr pears, green apples and white pepepr. Lovely chalky acidity keeps all things in check. Not volumninous, quite precise. |
| flinty and smoky. bit austere. there is candied pear and cumin like spices but hard to see through. |
