closed nose, creamy texture on palate, needs a touch more fruit weight |
Camomille, sambuco, grilled peach, textural and creamy palate. Full flavour |
Vibrant sumemr pears, green apples and white pepepr. Lovely chalky acidity keeps all things in check. Not volumninous, quite precise. |
flinty and smoky. bit austere. there is candied pear and cumin like spices but hard to see through. |
Full bodied, little sweaty. Bitterness finishes. I like the weight but I want more fruit. |
