clean wine, but little lacking in flavour and drive
Very apple skins, floral notes. Punchy aromatic mid weight and salty edge, acid looking austere at this stage but shold improve in bottle
Spicy, touch sweaty, white orchard fruit and hint of peach. Some lanolin in there. Brine. Salty.
soft herbaceous nose. palette grassy, fresh summer herb garden, Pysalis, lemon peel
Simple. Subtle. Line of light acid through palate. Lacking a little in fruit
