Judge 1	unfortunately volatile acidity overpowers any other character
Judge 2	Colour a bit forward, showing leather , spirited cherries and earthiness but lacking a bit of fruit for a young sangio. Sangio tannins showing well
Judge 3	Potpourri, hints of bouquet garni, and lashings of black pepper. Tannins certainly make themselves felt. Nose has an overwhelming 'perfume' character to it
