Judge 1	blood plums , salted caramel, plums and other stuff thats complex adn pretty cool. ripe resolved tannins carry raisoned yet fresh flavours long on the palate
Judge 2	Spiced mariposa plum, silky, slippery, fine. Nice length of flavour - fruit is fresh and succulent. The acid is pretty spiky, but the texture remains all class
Judge 3	herbal, lavender / spice, red currants , medium bodied for a zin, juicy and moreish.
