Judge 2	Lavender, citrus fruits and something sweet - lemonade perhaps. Palate has a range of features, but overall the wine has too many contrasts that dont quite work, to make this a seamless experience.
Judge 3	golden, apricot, rubbery reduction in a odd way, onion skin. lactic / lactobateria cheesy element
