Judge 1	pale, some citrus lift, beige palate though nice cleanliness
Judge 2	Citrus peel, red apple skin, yellow peach, curry leaf - very much singing of its chardonnay roots. The palate is interestingly fruit pure, the winemaking takes a backseat. Not terribly complex, and the flavours fall away quickly, but this is pretty while it lasts.
Judge 3	interesting, sunny fruits, shapeless form, mousse course.
Associate Judge	biscuit and apple pie notes. good acid line to it that lingers. refreshing and simple palate.
