| Pale salmon in colour, estapol charcaters on the nose, medicinal if anything. Palate is stripped and lean, the vague plushness only present due to some residual, rounds out oxi/flat. |

| pale onion skin colour. a light red fruit spectrum with some almond meal/paste aroma to it. interesting palate with crushed pistachio coming through. the acid is quite present but not overly. well balanced. |
