Judge 1	light colour, very savoury nose almost steely, savoury umami , acid laden tannin's .. ok
Judge 2	Savoury red fruits and a vinous vibe - there is an undeniable succulence on the palate, cooling acid - fine tannin structure. Old world style, not sweet fruit weighted.
Judge 3	colour pretty bricky / forward. bit of slimey mortadella and tannins a bit harsh and hollow. campari acid
