| Saline, honeydew melon, length is carried by worked complexity - this has attractive phenolic grip and buckets of flint. Cooling. White pepper through the finish. |

| a lot of toasted notes on the palate, brioche and vanilla. the acid well present in the beggining but misses a bit of fruit flavour to it. |
