mod good, nice fine red fruits nose, good persistance , complexity ? kirsh and xmas cakey characters |
Moving into the salted heirloom tomato spectrum, this has a savoury edge - like cherry tomatoes at the height of summer. The palate is elegant, med-bodied and layered. The oak has a seared vanilla pod edge, but the fruit pierces through with a quiet clarity. Not a typical shiraz - one for the pinot drinkers perhaps. Engaging. |
lighter bodied, red fruits, pepper, some jubey fruits, simple, gluggable, oak a touch raspy on back. |
forest floor with wild berries aroma profile. medium low intensity in the palate. tannins are smooth and savory. lacks some freshness and fruit flavour |
Cedar, vanilla, oak, lemon mertle, nose.
Fine grain tannin, pleasant oak, cedar, spice, red berry. |
