Best Geographe Sparkling
pale, quite closed nose , slippery palate , nice comercial feel
Lovely plump expansive mousse, creamy mid palate and nice extension of flavours across the palate. While this is not terribly complex, it is well put together and quite lovely. Tight citrus with suggestions of crushed cashew and white spice.
bright floral, simple commercial style, no obviously autolysis, sweeter finish, touch cloying
brioche, pastry aromas with some cooked pear. bubbles pungent and lacks a bit of fruit flavour in the palate.
Sweet confectionery lift, esters, pineapple evolves with time to stonefruit. Has richness and sweetness with is confusing.
