pale, stone fruits and cool stuff, good structure and lenght again white nectarines |
Concentrated and savoury, plenty to touch and feel here - the stone fruit makes a big show. Succulent almost. It's fierce. And it's working it. Bring it in - this needs a decant. But all things in place for a bright future. |
odd, out of balance acid, lactic characters, acid overbearing not matching fruit |
some tropical fruit flavours to it (melon). a bit oaky and ripe fruit flavour to it. |
Toasty, mealy, ripe stonefruits. Lovely melon and citrus, great weight and length. |
