Judge 1	soft plucky, lacks some varietal sstuffing but pleasant
Judge 2	Translucent in colour - not particularly varietal - elegant and spicy... medium bodied. The tannins feel like mourvedre and the fruit strays into the red salted tomato/red liquorice/elegant spectrum. White pepper too. Cooler site? Good length of flavour
Judge 3	dried out leather, burnt sausages, ash and charcuterie. tyme / lavender at the butcher!
