Cherry kirsch nose, the palate has succulent fruit - this is plush and ripe and lovely. Black tea alongside raspberry, with the requisite pepper and pastille character. Juicy and bouncy with loads of appeal. |
gamey, hint of barnyard, in a good way, game, chartcuterie, spices. slippery malleable tannin, nice brick dust / black tea moreishness. good drink, pretty intrigueing. hunter-esk |
