mod colour, lifted oak nose , palate lacks direction and has lees like yohgurty distraction
bright florals with a flinty savoury lift, cardamon oak and oyster mushroom. finish is a little drying
Lots of fruit, but lacking lift. Sits a little heavy on the back and dry finish.
peach and spice creaminess
Good green colour, subtle nose that shows finesse. Palate has ginger spice, lemon butter and a great line of acidity. Fresh with texture. Perhaps a little grippy.
