Judge 1	lovely light colour, strawberry laiden nose , nice sweet palate with nice acidity and super savoury tannins pleasant
Judge 2	rose petal and oyster mushroom, excellent fruit purity with firm tannin and a star anise persistence, tannins a little dry but well balanced overall
Judge 3	Light coloured but full weighted red. meaty and smokey. Mint. Very dry finish dominates.
Associate Judge	light red/towards tawny, herbacious. mouth puckering dryness aniseed on the finish?
