Judging Results |
pale, nice lemon waxy characters and good lift, palate borders on savoury oxy characters
pineapple and parmesan, fruit spectrum a little odd, but nice oak and good length/ drive
Fresh dough. Rich. butter. Not much complexity for a fuller style. back palate dulled.
pale straw in colour, medium weighted creamy and extremely drinkable
Bright colour, lifted smoky, gun flint nose with hints of fresh wash find cheese. Palate has drive but a cheddar cheese, sweaty sock finish is distracting.
