Judge 1	very unusual characters allmost campari like , spicey but not hugely pleasant
Judge 2	deeper colour with some bubblegum and juicy fruit, tannins shortening the palate
Judge 3	Eucalyptus minty aroma. Follows on palate. Creamy? Bitter.
Associate Judge	rich negroni red in colour, herbal perhaps medicinal nose follows into glass
Associate Judge	Crimson pink, whole bunch spice to the nose. Very savoury with a grippy line through the palate. White pepper spice and cured meats.
