bright green, flinty gunsmoke and bright florals. some phenolic texture and interest with bright acidity to finish
Bit heavy on the reduction. Leaning towards more wet straw than flinty. Palate a little dulled. Richness coming through on palate. good length. Nice vitality. Just not quite there
pale golden straw in colour creamy buttery mouthfeel rich texture and rounded acidity very drinkable
Good colour, lifted powerful nose with lots of funk. Stonefruits, ginger, lemon zest, power and integration on the palate with toasty oak holding the finish up.
