pale, quite mineral almost ries like, palate tiring lacks purity
lovely florals, good spice, nice fruits, terpene, mineral water, a little dilute. good drink but
Toasty nose suggesting age, elderflower, juniper, nashi pear. Complex white spice, hints of saffron, turmeric, white currant and green apple. A lovely, and very interesting wine. I would surely have a second glass. There is a fresh cap gun/ash character that is very appealing.
river stones, minerality, cashews, seems like some development, oily palate, but rounded up with nice acid
lime, custard tart with lime zest, savoury style but love the oyster shell, satiating-ness of it. Finishes dry but want to have with food and another glass me thinks! maybe lacking in intensity
