big colour, white horse , complex spicy notes , lacks clean fruit characters
|
colour looking advanced, little forward, marzipan, crème brulee, odd, VA? out there. bretty

Toasted white truffle, dried ginger... there's a lack of freshness to the aromas. Colour appears advanced and golden. Cheese rind and bruised citrus. A shame that the grubbiness continues through the palate because there are some very satisfying bakery/grilled yellow peach characters lingering around.

oxidised, marzipan, colour quite developed, mousse fine
