Judge 1	nice pale colour, lemon juice v, lacks some freshness no bad
Judge 2	nice jasmine, orange blossom, zesty and pithy acid, nice fruit, little phenolic.
Judge 3	Crushed oyster shell, white peach, nashi pear, lovely chalky/talcy summer florals. Palate is cleansing and fresh - white pepper, pure white spice and fruit. Is not concentrated with long length, but is that required of this style?
Associate Judge	burnt lime, lemon cordial, nice concentration of fruit, good texture but a touch developed?
