Judge 1	pale trendily nose with passionfruit and guava, weight on palate but clean and fresh
Judge 2	solid, guava, gooseberry, thiol there, little grubby. touch warm and phenolic, nice flavour ripeness.
Judge 3	Winter sugar snap pea, sweet pea florals, white pepper, lovely spice on the nose and palate. There is a roundness and an accessibility to the palate that makes this very appealing. Modern spicy and whipped - fluffy with good structure.
