Judging Results |
pale, little grubby, chewy green fruited phenolic with attenuation chacacters
nice, riper stonefruits, some subtle floral spice there, touch pasty and sweet.
Waxy florals, green apricot, Geraldton Wax, nashi pear, green apple. Palate is lovely! Textural, dry, layered, dusted with white spice and lanolin. A wonderful modern expression of chenin. Yes!
gooseberrys, star fruits, quite savoury palate, quite viscous but a long line of acid.
lime brûlée, tight citrus zest, SO2 edge in wine which detracts overall on palate. SO2 edge is ok to point and this is too much. nice texture. Back off high solids.
