Tinned pineapple, ripe tropical fruit, good acidity, oak is there playing a supportive role. Definitely ends a bit short. Simple?

grapefruit, pithy, blanched almond persistent acid, nice texture and a little caramel on the back palate, good length.

Hint char, some complexity, pineapple and lychee. Good acid and initial weight. Lovely texture, lime, lemon, savoury gorgeous satiating acidity judiciously handled. yum!
