mod, oak, oak, fine grained tannins bit swamped by particulate oak.
solid, ripe red currants, spice and pepper, hint of reduction, good wine. touch papery
Verrrrry drying finish on this wine. It creates a vacuum on the back palate, sucking all the fruit and finesse into it. A black hole.
red fruit on the nose, rhubarb, bay leaves, nutmeg, red apple acid, really young.
Dark chocolate brownie, fine tannins, savoury acid, some lovely earthy qualities, yet fresh and vibrant style. Phenolics dominate but there is persistence of fruit there.
