mod deep, heady quite attractive aromas of quince and ripe lime , nice textural piece with soft slurpy palate shape and again exotic fruits

solid, saline, oystershell, hint grubby and funky, some decent stonefruits, lots of salty moreishness.

White pepper, green apple, crunchy and taut, glints of ginger and wafer. Sea salt and lemon pith through the mid palate and lingering finish. Lovely!

toasty, brioche, mealy, fine acid, good direction, savoury, finish tad hot, nice texture, with SO2 hard edge.
