mod pale, nose closed, palate little frontal and warming
more golden and peachy, subtle wafers etc, hint of attenuation, little broad and peachy on palate. solid well made wine though.
Candied banana on the nose - white currant, summer strawberry, nashi pear and jasmine florals. Hints of crushed oyster and spring afternoons. The length of flavour is moderate at best. It has a salivating thread of brine running through the wine... delicate.
preserved lemons, green apple pithy, vegetal, lemon thyme, unripe stone fruits, good texture on back palate
lifted, cream lime, nice and clean. nice acid throughout, clean, finishes savoury. Minerality cleaning up back of palate, a lovely clean, palate with mealiness, minerality and delicious satiating palate. .
