Soft blushed salmon colour - jam donuts, croissants and raspberry jam on the nose. Palate is spicy with a fresh finish - eminently smashable for summer - delicious.

candied fruits, bubble gum, red apple acidity, good structure

Gorgeous colour, lifted strawberry, nice bruised colour, pink musk. generous, nice weight, fruit and sugar. balance? maybe could be more savoury.
