nice bright colour, some citrus and bright fruits , fine persistent bead ok freshness
nice wine, lots of cut apple, solid and fresh for 15. nice bead, little RS? a touch too much dosage? acid cuts through.
Lovely balance here - palate shows racy acidity, plenty of savoury citrus characters and gentle toasty/brioche/spice characters. Mousse is plump but not mouthfilling, a lower atmosphere. This wears its age very well, is complex, and very pleasurable. Perhaps the flavours do stop shorter than I'd like on the back palate but the chalky phenolics and the spicy citrus fruit help distract. A lovely wine.

good biscuit crispness, white peaches, white flowers. fresh. clean citrus. nice mousse
hint oyster shell, grapefruit pith, touch smoke, clean, fine bead, some sweetness apparent in mid palate, finishes sry with juicy acid. Simple but well handled.
