mod pale, roses , savory acid , tannin balance little light with acid , ok needs more ripness and depth but good attempt
LITTLE DRIED OUT, tar and roses and powdery drying tannins, not enough stuffing, nice drink however.
Medicinal/iodine character on the nose, clary sage, green rose, sweet pea and sugar snap. Palate has really attractive red berry fruit, but there is too much of a disconnect between the nose and palate. Tannins feel right. Light bodied. Plenty of flavour. Not quite there yet... but on the right track.
roses, raspberry cordial, aggressive tannins that kinda take over the whole experience, cedar on the back palate
Very light colour, tomato leaf, green raspberries, Light bodied, high acid, some spice from stalks. Slightly drying on finish. Interesting wine.
