Judge 1	pale, seabreeze citrus complexity, slightly sweaty but ok , textural fine palate enjoyable
Judge 2	oaky? little black currant leaf, juniper berry etc, nice texture / mouthfeel, a touch drying.
Judge 3	Cheesy, lacking in freshness on the nose, the palate has pokey alcohol and that same cheese rind character... Moderate length of flavour but just lacking balance and freshness.
