Judge 2	nice orange blossom, c/s, good fruit weight, good spice, touch dilute, saline and moreish nonetheless.
Judge 3	Sweaty, white truffle/mushroom on the nose, palate has a weight about it without drive or direction. Plenty going on, but without saline thread to tie it all together.
